Could not buy lateral flow tests anywhere. Ordered from Lloyds pharmacy online. Came quickly, all good, easy ordering process. Took away the problem of trying to find tests by phoning round/traipsing round shops trying to find them.

I was on the waiting list for Viraleze and as soon as it came back onto the market Lloyds sent me an email. The item was shipped immediately after ordering.

Brilliant service,cannot fault anything.

I placed my order for my 1 covid test kit, for under £2. It was £4.99 for next day delivery and as i felt so ill, i wanted it asap, so that now made the bill around £7. The kit had not arrived the next day and around 5pm, i mentioned to someone that it hadn't arrived. They said look at your emails. I found a couple and one said your item has been delivered, around 12.30pm. The picture of the front door was the same as all the ones on the estate, but it wasnt mine. No number showing, so it could have been any ones house. The kit turned up the next day!!

Placed an order on 7th July. Received my confirmation email and have been waiting for an update email and still haven’t had one to say my order has been dispatched / arrived at my chosen store and it’s now 20th July. Emailed customer service on Sunday and still have not had a response, this is my first time using this company and it isn’t making me want to order again

Easy to order on line. A slight problem when my order arrived, but quickly resolved. Excellent customer service

The item purchased was very nice, however I was not informed when the package arrived at the local chemist, this definitely something that needs improvement

Easy to order fast delivery great experience

Covid test kits didn’t arrive despite e-mails confirming they had. Local staff left us to do all the chasing. Better ending though as they finally delivered directly to us at no extra charge.

Very easy click and collect service. Smooth transaction.
I would recommend this service and will certainly be using it again.
